Chiropractic care isn't just about pain relief, it's a holistic approach to wellness.

Why see a Chiropractor?

The spine is one of the most important parts of the nervous system. It is in constant communication with the brain, helping to control every cell, organ, bone, breath and function of the body.

Our chiropractors focus on the spine's function and movement. When joints in the spine become restricted or don't move as they should, communication between the brain and body can be affected. That's why chiropractic care isn't just about relieving pain. It's a holistic approach to health that supports long-term function, mobility and overall wellbeing, whether you're experiencing symptoms or simply want to move and feel your best.

Our chiropractors create personalised treatment plans based on your individual needs and goals, helping your body function more efficiently and naturally. The aim isn't just to provide temporary relief, but to improve long-term movement, mobility and overall quality of life.

Chiropractic care can support a wide range of conditions, from new injuries to long-term pain and mobility concerns.

What can chiropractic care treat?

Here are just some of the conditions and issues we can help to resolve or manage:

  • Sciatica

  • Frequent headaches

  • Neck pain

  • Scoliosis

  • Elbow pain

  • Hip pain

  • Shoulder pain

  • Back pain

  • Pain from osteoarthritis

Did you also know that chiropractic can also help with:

  • Pregnancy

  • Athletic performance

  • Injuries

Chiropractic care can improve multiple aspects of your health.

What is a Chiropractic treatment?

During your first visit, one of our chiropractors will take a full medical history and carry out a thorough physical examination. This includes neurological and orthopaedic testing, along with a postural assessment, to gain a clear understanding of your condition.

Your second visit is your Report of Findings. Based on the results of your assessment, your chiropractor will explain their findings, discuss your condition, and outline a personalised treatment plan. This is also when your treatment begins.

Treatment may include gentle adjustments to the joints of the spine and other areas of the body where movement restrictions are identified. These adjustments are designed to improve joint mobility, reduce pain and help restore normal movement. When joints are not functioning as they should, they can contribute to irritation within the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. By improving joint movement, chiropractic adjustments help support the way your body moves and functions, promoting better mobility and long-term wellbeing.
